The start of this 26 km long MTB route is in Lopar, then a short drive through orchards and fields, followed by a climb to the Fruga plateau and its forest paths, vast fields, sheep and canyons created by wind and erosion. The descent from the plateau and return to Lopar along the famous Premužić trail, with a spectacular view of the Velebit Channel, which is certainly one of the main attractions of this route. Next is a drive to the most famous beach on Rab, the Paradise Beach, and a more demanding climb, both physically and technically, but the view of the neighboring islands waiting at the lookout is worth the effort. Return to Lopar through the sandy areas of the island, a little forest and no major demands.
