This 22 km long route runs through the entire central part of the island. The route starts from the old town of Rab and continues along the coast. Then a little bit of easy macadam and paths through the fields all the way to the sandy beach Mel. Followed by an easy ride along the sea promenade through Soline, and then the most attractive part of the route: fine paved and fast macadam, rushing along rural paths and old Roman roads through orchards, gardens and olive groves to the central part of the island of Rab where the route ends.
