“Pio” is located in a quiet yet easily accessible neighbourhood of Banjol, right next to Rab Harbour opposite the Old Town Centre. This is the only hotel on the island that is open all year round. Fantastic views of the Old Town Centre and sea are available from hotel balconies.
Pension “Pio” was newly opened in the summer of 1999 with great expectations. Guests can chose from 13 double bed rooms, 1 studio apartment, 1 smaller and 1 larger apartment. All rooms are air-conditioned and have en suite bathroom, telephone and sat TV. Apartments also have a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can choose between breakfast, half and full pension arrangements. Guests boarding in apartments can choose to have a self-catering arrangement.
Pension “Pio” can also arrange taxi-boat trips to nearby beaches, or courses in diving and tennis.
Your host, the Kurelić family, for 30 odd years have been considered to be amongst the leading gastronomes on the island. You will enjoy exquisite meat and seafood dishes, chosen wines and a pleasant family atmosphere in this rather pleasantly furnished a la carte restaurant.
